Jindals’ Dadirani Welfare Trust is a non-profit, non-government charitable organisation set up to develop some of the most backward seven villages in Haryana State of India, to provide them basic health facilities, safe drinking water, education, religious facilities, hygienic living conditions, rain water harvesting, roads, street and road lights, community centre, cleaning of water resources such as ponds and wells, transport, communications facilities, etc. In order to carry out these works, the Trust is almost entirely dependent on the kindness and generosity of its patrons, trustees and other contributors. The enormity of its current projects and their scope make it impossible to carry out the plans based on the contribution of just a few individuals. Everyone willing to join this noble cause of upliftment of these areas with a population of nearly 50000 people can participate as per their capacity to help various causes to which the Trust is dedicated.
Current Situation
The foundation stone for constructing the place of worship and for the stay of visitors has been laid on 8th September 2010. In addition to these two imminent projects, the Trust aims to simultaneously undertake the construction of a satsang bhavan, as proposed by the Village Council (Gram Sabha) of Lajwana. See this article for further details.
